During Fulton Market Design Days, Kimball International (in partnership with the IIDA Foundation) announced the creation of the Makers of a Better Future fund. This fund was developed to support IIDA members who integrate the spirit of foresight into design, fostering innovative solutions for tomorrow's challenges.
Our Makers of Possibility ethos has inspired us to lead with foresight and embrace boundary-breaking design concepts. This fund rewards those who epitomize visionary design through their commitment to advancing technology, sustainability, or social evolution. All IIDA Associate and Professional members are invited to apply.
Two winners will be selected and both will receive:
• $2,500 cash prize
• Round-trip airfare and hotel stay in Chicago during Fulton Market Design Days
• Recognition at the IIDA Annual Meeting
• Coverage on IIDA.org and in Design Matters newsletter
