With users' consent, companies used this data to enhance business solutions, offering more personalized experiences to individuals.


However, many companies were initially hesitant to embrace the new co-ownership model of space due to concerns about company culture. They worried that Banyans might dilute an organization's values and unique identity expressed in traditional headquarters. To address this, design firms began offering innovative services such as "curating the digital experience" and "crafting the immersive encounter." By 2029, furniture ceased to be a passive element and became a vital orchestrator of the built environment.
